Designed a simple Text with stars in Photoshop

The following is a simple way to create attractive by using the Layer Style and Brush to use as a background star.
Implemented are:

1. Create a new layer that have size is 500px x 300px and color # 1a142c the following:

2. Create a new Layer (Shift + Ctrl + Alt + N) and write name (Center Glow) as follows:

3. Choose Elliptical Marquee Tool to drawing as the following:

4. #6d56b2 to the following: Press Ctrl + D to remove the select!

5. Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur and set the following:

6. Horizontal Type Tool to write, you need the following example:

7. Double-click on the Text Layer to Layer Style as follows:

8. Right Click on the Text Layer, and choose to copy Layer Style as follows:

9. Text Layer នោះ រួច​ជ្រើស​យក Paste Layer Styleដូច​ខាង​ក្រោម៖

10. And then make a text other like step below 

11. Create new layer name: Star Star (Shift + Ctrl + Alt + N) on the layer Center Glow

12. Set Brush Tool below

14. And set color #6c51c2 then Brush Tool to draw around the text below៖
